I love how they think she has no clue. Um, the woman has a sense of humor, I'm sure that title was quite intentional!

I was in Paducah when Eleanor Burns did a show based on this book, which I bought and have made several quilts from. The show was a riot, I have never laughed so much…….it was pouring with rain, but could the 500 women in the tent care, no they didn't…..EB is fabulous. I watch her shows on the internet or via Rural TV here in the UK. She comes up with some terrific ways of making quilting easy and her catchphrases are fantastic, 'way to go' is my favourite. I love the way she throws bits she is not using over her shoulder, I wonder who clears up after her?????

@adnohr: Exactly! They have her tagged under unintentional humor, but the glint in her eye in that photo should remove all doubt as to whether that was intentional. Of course it was and us quilters have some pretty fabulous senses of humor!

I was just going to say I am sure it was intentional… can't you just see the glint in her eye on the cover? LOL

Having met Eleanor I can say with confidence that she absolutely meant that title to be funny…I just love how people think quilters are little old ladies in rocking chairs…if they only knew!
