I absolutely love the look too! Couching is great fun and really makes designs pop!

  2. Not sure if this is a duplication, but I'm wondering if this would be possible on a regular sewing machine FMQ. I would think so with a closed toe FMQ foot. And I would think a satin ribbon would be gorgeous!! Dangit! Now there's another thing to add to my bucket list!

Handiquilyer has couching feet too. These may be my birthday gift to me!

I LOVE my couching foot. It was one of the first accessories I got for my bernina. Sadly, it isn't fool proof with yarn, as it does better with thicker more solid cording, but I still LOVE to use it to add dimension to projects.
