My goal for this quilt along was to help quilters get more comfortable with fusible applique, learn the basics of satin stitch finishing, and how to fill free motion quilting designs into different spaces of a quilt.
This quilt along exceeded my expectations with quilters not only gaining skills for fusible applique, but also branching out far beyond the basic shapes to create quilts featuring all sorts of shapes from turtles to elephants to dragons.
