There’s scrappy and then there’s SUPER Scrappy! This Super Scrappy Heart is definitely the most complex Mini Block we’ve pieced so far, but it’s lots of fun and absolutely worth the effort.

You’re going to need lots of tiny Half Square Triangles for this quilt block. Click Here to find a more detailed tutorial on piecing half square triangles.
After piecing, trim your HSTs down to measure 1 inch square before piecing with the rest of your units.
