Quilting Homework for Week 3

Gridlines is a very formal, elegant design. It’s commonly used on a small 1/4-inch scale in wholecloth quilts to make bigger motifs stand out.

Ruler Quilting Dream Big Panel Tutorial

This is exactly why I choose to use Gridlines in the Dream Big quilt. Later on in this quilt along we will fill the small channels in our double petal shapes with Feathers! The dense Gridline design will make the feathers stand out beautifully on our quilts or our quilted garments.
