Distraction and the WEIRDEST Podcast Video Ever

I’m embracing distraction this week and playing with a 360 camera and touring the basement, which no longer feels like my house. Just a warning from the outset – this is the weirdest video I’ve ever created. I thought you could mix 360 videos with regular videos. Turns out – NO! LOL! That really doesn’t work. So I’m sorry in advance for the weirdness!

You can also listen to the podcast with no weirdness here:

Yes, this is the shortest podcast ever. I decided to double down on the Dream Big Quilt Along and have been writing a guidebook with extra information on ruler quilting. This has been a big distraction, but I’m so happy to be taking this project seriously and making the project I want to create – a quilted jacket!

Stay tuned for details about the Dream Big Guidebook, coming soon!

I’m also getting a bit distracted renting space in town for a possible shop… more details on that when I have some more information to share.

Click Here to learn how to piece a Star Puzzle mini block. I really like this in light and dark green, but it could also be a cute Christmas block in red and white. If you put blue half square triangles in the corners, it would also look very patriotic for 4th of July coming up soon.

Easter Basket Pattern – Turn two mini blocks into a super cute Easter Basket! The Carolina Lily Block on my Easter Basket is a new mini block tutorial coming soon.

If you are a member of the Quilt Friends Club, you will still get the Mini Monthly patterns as part of your membership!

I’m also working on a book, The Mini Book of Mini Blocks, which will be ready in the next few months. I’ve had many (MANY) requests for written patterns for the Mini Blocks and decided to be flexible about my writing schedule to make this happen!

Qnique 19 Longarms are on sale through the month of March! This is Grace Company’s newest longarm and it fits the perfect size for quilters wanting more space for quilting without a huge, intimidating machine.

Let’s go quilt,
