Christmastime CaJuN ScRunCh!

This is Josh today for our recipe, and this is a fun one.

caJun ScRuNcH seasoning

I make up a batch of this stuff every year for little Christmas presents. You can use the spice on almost anything–fries, stews, beans, chicken. It’s not too hot but adds enough heat to spice up any dish.

caJun ScRuNcH

2.5 parts paprika (ie 2.5 tablespoons if using tablespoons, or 2.5 cups if using cups)
1.5 part garlic powder
1 part dried oregano
1 part dried thyme
1 part black pepper
1 part onion powder
1 part cayenne pepper
.5 part garlic salt

Mix everything together and store in spice bottles.

If using tablespoons as the ratio, this will make approximately 4 ounces, perfect for one spice bottle.
