Having been in some deep dark places myself, I can understand this piece of work… and I congratulate you on being able to do it. I've always found very personal issues too hard to make into art. Might I suggest some bright thread around an edge or a spot of light. Even in my darkest times there was always a bit of light to give hope, at times only pinprick big, but there.

Congratulations on your progress…both on your new quilt and personally. You're really brave to "put it all out there" for your friends in blogland to see. Happy Quilting and Happy Healing!

    looking really cool.
did you know that eat, love, pray is based on a biography. I was reading about why julia roberts chose to play the part today. and that they actually followed the journey of the book going from place to place to make the movie.

If only we all could be so brave! Go slay those dragons…and tell us the story afterwards so we can crown you as a hero.

    Hi Leah

I am quite surprised that I found your blog, just when I needed to. I have already ordered one of the books you spoke about and now will look at the truth heals book. I so believe in the idea that things come to us when we need it.
I also have read eat, love, pray and didn't really get it at the time, but as more and more people comment about it, it becoming clearer.
    Good luck.
