Josh’s Lines & Matrix in a Basket Block

Josh here, and today I’ll be tackling matrix designs and straight lines in our basket block.

I really, really enjoyed matrix. I love the effect it has on the block and it was fun stitching. I will definitely use more matrix in future free motion.

I continued to modify the design by skipping the designs within the basket, to really show off the weave effect with the premarked lines in my Spoonflower cheater fabric.
